The BBC Introducing Stage, so often a platform for future superstars that pushes them from obscurity into the public consciousness, is pretty much always the best place at a festival to great discover new music.

A staggering selection of hotly tipped artists have today been added to the T in the Park line up, which this year lands at Strathallan Castle in Auchterarder on July 7th-10th.

The superb Van T's lead the pack - their jangly 50s jukebox pop meets 90s dark grunge already sounds timeless and wholly unique to the Van Thompson sisters who are absolutely destined for greatness. Check out the addictive, burnt out sound of 'Laguna Babe' above.

Dundee's hugely inventive Be Charlotte, a firm favourite of Radio 1's Huw Stephens is also a highlight, with singer-songwriter Charlotte Brimmer's rapping, beatboxing and home made instruments well worth checking out. HFQU, Making Monsters, Cherryshoes, Cabbage, Draper, The Night Café, The Mirror Trap, and Isle are just some of the other new arrivals. Head here for the full T in the Park BBC Introducing Stage line up.
