Lowkey 'Soundtrack to the Struggle' album launch party

Outspoken hip-hop artist Lowkey will be treating fans to a live performance of his brand new LP Soundtrack to the Struggle at his album launch party on November 21st. 

Known for his heavily politicised lyrics, the English/Iraqi artist has gained a huge following of fans and critics alike with his explosive live shows, political activism and high profile collaborations. 

The highly anticipated Soundtrack to the Struggle was released last month as a follow up to 2009's Dear Listener, and certainly doesn't disappoint. 

Lowkey will be performing every track from the album, with collaborations with Immortal Technique, M1 (Dead Prez), Klashnekoff, Black The Ripper, Shadia Mansour and Mai Khalil, and anthems such as 'Terrorist?', 'Obama Nation' Parts 1 & 2, 'Long Live Palestine', 'Cradle Of Civilisation' and more.

Opening the night with be the HipHop Society Manchester, who will put on live acts from Dante, Bamo, Abdus and the hip-hop dance and breakdancing team.
