What’s one thing that any first time visitor to Ibiza should experience?

Hierbas! It's the local drink on the island and it’s pretty lethal.

What is your...

  ...Favourite Ibiza restaurant
Last year I spent a lot of time at Café Sidney. Mainly because it was over the road from my hotel, but the food there is great.

...Best Ibiza memory
There have been some great ones the past couple of years. But my set at Pacha with AN21 and Max Vangeli is the stand out memory.

...Favourite place to escape the crowds
The beach. There was a great one at the rear of our hotel last year. Nice and quiet. Good place to recover from the night before.

...Favourite place for pre-club drinks
 Cafe Mambo!

...Favourite beach
See above! Can't remember the name.

...Favourite club to DJ at
Pacha

...Favourite club to party at
Space

What’s the...

...Best place to recover from a hangover
Also see above!

...Best place to watch the sunset
Again Cafe Mambo. Last year was the first time I've managed to catch it. It's amazing.

...Best place for breakfast
I'm never up in time!

...Best lunch spot
There are some great sushi places around. I can never remember the names of them though.

Can you give us any insiders' tips for things to do?
The area near the Harbour is a nice quiet place to get away from it all.

Try to sum up what makes Ibiza so special in one sentence.
You can't really. You need to see it for yourself.
