Following on from his superb contribution to the Fabric Mix Series (read our review on that here), we chose Leftroom boss Matt Tolfrey to be the next in live for our new 'Getting To Know' feature, where we find out some of the things you might not know about some of our favourite DJs.

Ahead of a busy touring schedule and countless festival appearances this summer (check out his recent set in Mexico above), Tolfrey discuses his love of everything from Borneo to Yorkshire Puddings. Read his answers below.

The most important thing on my rider is…

A request for an Allen and Heath mixer and not a Pioneer!

The best place in the world is...

Borneo, where I went on my honeymoon.

My first obsession was...

A plastic crocodile.

The last record I listened to was...

The mix down of my new track 'That's The Way' which is out on Leftroom in June.

My perfect meal is…

Sunday dinner with the essential roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, and definitely more than one Yorkshire!

The best movie ever made is…

Star Wars.

My most treasured possession is…

My unborn child.

The best DJ in the world is…

It's between Craig Richards, Andy Weatherall (read our DJ Love article on him here), Ricardo Villalobos, Zip and Ivan Smagghe.
