Get Lowdown and Dirty with Stanton Warriors this Saturday

Lowdown and Dirty certainly know how to party. So it's no surprise that for their Christmas knees up they're pulling out all the stops - inviting the mighty Stanton Warriors to tear apart their regular Manchester haunt of Sound Control.

Stanton Warriors first laid down their fresh new sound a decade ago with the seminal 'Stanton Sessions', and ten years later they're still at the top of their game.

Their eclectic DJ sets are famed for mixing original tracks with homemade edits of sounds from underground house through to abstract hip hop, and everything in between. It's all blended into a melting pot of low down booty electro punkishness, and is continually reminding the world why Stanton Warriors have remained unrivalled in their genre for the more than a decade.

Joining the Warriors in Sound Control's main room are Resistance and Ash Howell, while Room Two will be left in the very capable hands of Chow Down.
