A statement from the event's organisers LWE says:

"LWE has delivered some of the best and most memorable events London has seen in recent years including Cocoon, Drumcode, CLR, Spectrum, Phonica, Mau5trap, Leftroom and many more. Each and every one of our shows has been a total roadblock. We work tirelessly to deliver events in different locations with great sound and first class production.

"London was really lacking a big but interesting venue and when we saw the plans for London Pleasure Gardens in 2011 we were extremely excited and booked our place for Cocoon there… so it’s with a heavy heart that we heard the news last week that it was going into administration. BUT we don’t want you to be concerned; following the problems at BLOC we started work on a back up plan, just in case LPG could not deliver to LWE standards. We now have a number of great spaces available and are working to select the right one.

The line-up is 100% confirmed with further artist announcements in the forthcoming weeks. Nothing will stop us ensuring this is the best and biggest Cocoon event London has ever seen."
