We cannot speak highly enough about the people at the Castleton. The Hotel was lovely and after a long journey we were delighted we'd booked. I have had several telephone conversations with the team and each time they could not do enough for us. We came to stay for a concert and they went the extra mile providing us with information on travel. These people truly understand the meaning of service! We are looking for an excuse to come back to this lovely warm and friendly Hotel!
