stayed here for convenience as it's close to the night life and not to pricey. Friendly staff, and that's where the compliments end. I would rate the room 3/10 and that's being generous. Too many faults to mention, i stayed here 1 night, and that was enough,the room was nothing like the website picture!

The website cons you into believing that you will be staying in a clean and funky hotel - we found that our room was unbearably hot, the carpet was 'minging' the fittings were coming away from the floors walls and ceilings, we couldn't reach the windows and therefore we couldn't open them. The bed broke in two when my mother (70) sat on it. We both woke up in the middle of the night saturated in sweat due to the lack of air and I booked another hotel on the internet - we checked out at 8am - the staff were friendly and thankfully we were refunded for the 2 nights we didn't stay. The website also fails to tell you that the hotel is situated above a pole dancing club. I hugely regret not referring to Trip Advisor prior to booking.
Very disappointed as it was my mother's 70th birthday.

Just what we needed, a convenient location with value for money. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was basic but clean and had everything you needed. Would highly recommend for anyone planning on visiting Liverpool for a couple of days.

Excellent location,we had a twin room as the doubles were booked although small & bijou you couldnt fault the cleanliness or comfort.The staff extremely friendly.
The only downside was on the Saturday night although we were back quite late the noise coming from nearby clubs went on quite late,and people should realise this to be expected considering the location.All in all we would definately return.
