In the lively and vibrant Ropewalks district of Liverpool City Centre, Hudson Gardens is a modern residential apartment block suitable for all -couples, families and business guests. We offer a number of serviced apartments in this block, each contains one, two or three double-bedrooms,and some of the apartments have the facility of a sofa-bed to accommodate extra people.All of our apartments are fully-furnished and decorated to have that home-from-home feel about them that everyone wants when they are travelling.Each apartment has an open-plan living and kitchen area where you can cook, eat and relax on the sofa in front of the television; whilst the bathroom and en-suite come with towels provided, along with complementary toiletries.The Cathedrals, Museums, Art Galleries and Theatres of Liverpool can all be found after a short walk, and Anfield and Goodison Park football grounds are just a short drive away. The Echo Arena is a short distance from theapartments, and plays host to sports, theatre and music events throughout the year, whilst nearby The Albert Dock is the home of The Beatles Story,The TATE Gallery, and other places of interest.If you are looking for good self-catered accommodation then look no further... Base Serviced Apartments is the real alternative to hotel living!Please note that all guests must be over the age of 25 in order to make a reservation. With regret, we do not accept stag or hen parties, as the apartments are located in a residential block. Check-in time is between 2 PM and 10 PM at our office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 6 PM. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of ?20. Our office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from here, and returned here upon check out. The office address is:2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB (entrance is by Savina Restaurant, off Cornwallis Street)Please note that hotel reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit debit card (from ?150 up to ?1'000) by chip and pin terminal on arrival (Laser, Solo cards or cash are not accepted for a pre-authorisation)There will be an additional transaction fee of 2.5% added for using a credit card (Visa Credit or MasterCard) or 3.5% for American Express. Secure underground parking can be provided at an additional cost of ?15 per night(first come first serve basis).

"The apartments were very central to the shops and nightlife, which was convenient. I found the receptionist extremly rude and ill-mannered and for every disturbance the room made we were charged £50 so not ideal for large groups of people.
