There are views of the River Dee from both the bedrooms and the Lounge area. There is on site parking and also lift access to the apartment. On the top floor of the building is a large and open plan area consisting of the lounge, dining area and kitchen, which has opening French windows with a Juliet balcony. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Freeview, luxury leather sofas, a DVD player with DVD collection, CD player and music CDs, games and books. Broadband Internet access is provided. There is a dining area with a dining table suitable for four people and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a separate fridge and freezer, washertumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, ample pots, pans, dishes and glassware, tea towels, oven gloves, in fact everything that you need should you decide not use any of the good local restaurants, wine bars and eating establishments in Chester. Hairdryer provided. The second bedroom contains two single beds with leather headboards and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both Master bedroom and second bedroom have an opening French window with Juliet balconies. There is also on the same floor a luxury bathroom with shower.
