KERNOWFORNIA FESTIVAL 2026

4-6 September 2026 · East Looe Beach, Cornwall

🎡 Authentic Music • Coastal Magic • Community Spirit

Imagine three days where the sea meets song, waves meet voices and people come together purely for the love of live music. This is no commercially orientated festival: it's curated by Cornwall-based musicians and creatives who are committed to genuine, emotive music in a beachside setting.

πŸŒ… The Vibe

•Set on the golden sands of East Looe Beach, with the sea at your feet and the sky overhead-a visual and sonic experience that stays with you.

•No DJs. No filler. Just live, original performances from artists who connect, move and inspire.

•Designed for music lovers of all ages - whether you're a veteran gig-goer or discovering something fresh, you belong here. 2025 saw Kernowfornia have zero police incidents across the whole weekend, so they are also very family friendly.

•An independent, proudly Cornish festival with sustainability at its heart: net-zero waste goals, local partnerships, and a mission to give back to the community.

•A weekend of real moments: from dusk-till-dawn seaside jams to relaxed morning acoustic sets, beach walks between stages, meeting new people and feeling like you're part of something built by musicians, not just a promoter.

🎀 Artists Announced So Far

We're proud to present a first wave of brilliant live acts, all hand-picked because they believe in real music:

•James Morrison

•Starsailor

•Seth Lakeman

•This Is The Kit

•Ye Vagabonds

•Kalandra

•Haunt the Woods

•Joshua Burnside

•True Foxes

...and this is just the beginning. The full lineup (including the final two headliners) will be revealed soon.

πŸ–οΈ Why You Should Be There

•You'll stand on the sand, hear the sea and feel the music resonate like nowhere else.

•You'll witness top-tier live performances, spotlight acts and up-and-coming talent-all within an intimate, friendly environment.

•You'll be part of a festival with values: supporting charities like Surfers Against Sewage, RNLI and local youth-music projects, dedicating a portion of the profits, and choosing eco-friendly production throughout.

•It's curated by folks who live and breathe music, who have asked themselves: "What would we want if we were the audience?"

•It's Cornwall at its finest: sea salt, sand dunes, sunsets, folk voices, and a community that welcomes you in like family.
