Starting life off as an illegal rave held at Big Danny’s Place, in Jewellery Quarter, Below has come quite a long way since. Now firmly entrenched as one of the best loved rave ups in Birmingham, the night has remained non commercial, fun filled, and focused on music above all else.
With their 8th birthday set to be the most audacious edition yet with it being held across an ambitious 3 venues, the organizers have set out to celebrate a bit of everything that combines to make Below unique.
Add to that an incredible lineup of DJs and producers, including House gangster DJ Sneak, techno godfather Derrick May, New York house legend Todd Terry, Kevin Saunderson, as well as Tristan da Cunha back to back with Frenchy, and Adam Shelton sharing the decks with Alex Arnout, and you’ve got one hell of a lineup to celebrate the birthday in some serious style.
