Katherine Jenkins and Jose Carreras headline Preston Proms in the Park
This September will see Preston's Avenham Park transformed into an open air amphitheatre for one of the most prestious events on the classical music calendar - Preston Proms in the Park.

The event takes place on September 7th as part of the Preston Guild celebrations, and will see legendary operatic star Jose Carreras and world renowned Welsh Mezzo Soprano Katherine Jenkins perform together in a world exclusive.
The pair will jointly headline this unique event, joined by the world famous Manchester Camerata. David Gimenez will conduct.
It's set to be a special, atmospheric night of classical music, and a fitting celebration of the Preston Guild which only comes around every 20 years.
