"Friendly, helpful staff on the front desk. Great location. Only negative was that breakfast was chaotic, and we weren't shown to a table so had to find one which was clean. Also waited ages for someone to get some tea and coffee and when we asked someone for some, he looked at us as if we were bothering him!..."  Read more »
