Very well located it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea front, or a 5 minute walk to Westoe Village - a historic peaceful oasis in the heart of South Shields which has links with several famous people. It was well known to Catherine Cookson during her youth and the setting for several of the books. Many of the North East's major attractions are only a short drive or Metro ride away (nearest station is a 10 minute walk from the flat.) This ground floor flat is a traditionally built Tyneside flat which forms part of a terrace of similar properties. As such there are neighbours on each side, above and opposite. We therefore cannot guarantee peace and quiet at all times as is the nature of flatsapartments! We accept a well behaved dog subject to a refundable pet deposit of ?25.00 (please note we don't permit pets on soft furnishings or to be left unattended in rooms with soft furnishings.)The beautiful coastline is steeped in smuggling stories and legends and with its clean beaches, historic sites, and bird sanctuaries, there is something for all the family.You will soon discover that South Tyneside really has something for everyone - the glorious North Eastern coast will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
