| CHRIS WALDOCK | Review of Novotel Sheffield Centre Overall rating: Although the hotel was very clean and the facilities good I feel the staff were very slow. 30 mins to check in!!! 45 mins to get served at the bar!!!!. I stayed there for the U2 concert but it appears that the staff were not equipped for what was obviously going to be a full hotel. I wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel if your going to a concert or if its peak season as the staff simply cant cope. If your staying off season they will probably manage. | |||||||||||||||

| David Rossell | Mr Check in check out hardly friendly. Breakfast in room not sent - had to contact room service. Then hotel attempted to charge break fast twice. Sorting out correct amount took too long Delivery vehicles blocked exit. Exit should not be used for off loading of deliveries. All in allthe above spoilt what ought to have been a pleasant and comfortable stay | |||||||||||||||
