I stayed at a very busy time of year, with Christmas dinners etc. I thought the staff worked very hard and efficiently, whilst remaining calm and friendly. The facilities were excellent, including the Spa area. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I was genuinely impressed and delighted. Will go again!
