Two friends & I descended on The Bath Hotel for the duration of Reading Festival and they were nothing but charming despite the mud and showing up to breakfast hungover and in PJs. The room was beautiful (triple room in the roof) and had lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits that were replenished every day and room tidied/towels replaced every day too. The manageress was wonderful. Couldn't recommend enough.
