I stayed in a single room which was fairly small but comfy. The room was at the top of the hotel (three flights of stairs) but this was not a problem. There was a sink in the room, but the toilet and shower were on the floor below. Again ,no problem with this. The staff were helpful and friendly and the dining room was clean and the breakfast (which offered the usual cereal and fruit juice followed by 'full english' with tea/coffee and toast was very tasty. I was given a key for the back door of the hotel to gain entry after a late night which was good. To summarise, very good value for £30 B&B.
