The usual advertised rate for this hotel is £130, which im not sure I would pay, however £52 including breakfast is a brilliant rate. The hotel is modern and new, very contempary with professional staff. Rooms are reasonably sized and very comfy, plenty of facilities, nice bath, loads of hot water all the time. Bar downstairs which is great when waiting for people and breakfast was delicious. Id highly reccomend this hotel if staying in Preston, just make sure you book through Skiddle and get a cheaper rate - if your going to pay £130 then you would be much better in the Marriot or somewhere. | |||||||||||||||

Our 3rd floor room was clean, contemporary, and well appointed. The bed and pillows are firm which was lovely for me, but my other half found a little too firm for his optimum comfort. Oh, and the double beds are huge - more like king size - so there's plenty of room to spread out and get comfy.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful, even as late-comers to the feast, and very nice indeed.
The hotel's location is very convenient for the centre of town if you don't mind a short walk, or else a cheap taxi ride depending on your destination.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a mid-budget place to stay in Preston.
