Welcome to Sea-La-Vie Vintage Luxury Style Guest House in Southsea, Portsmouth. Sea La Vie is a large period Edwardian property situated in a quiet location yet conveniently near the sea front and town centre. The property has recently been extensively refurbished and updated by your host Eileen so that the rooms are of an excellent standard with the latest facilities including LCD TVFreeview and FREE Wireless Internet. On street parking is available. All of our luxury rooms are en suite, allocated in different corners of the house for maximum privacy and space. Each immaculately decorated in lush designer fabrics with French style antique beds and furniture, luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels, feather duvet's and mattress toppers. All rooms have flat screen TV's and wireless internet. Guests have access to their own private garden with garden swing. Endless cups of tea are also available!We serve Full English Breakfast with an Irish twist. Continental and Halal Breakfast available. Breakfast may even be served in your bedroom on request. We also serve Evening Bake - Home cooked cakes and cream tea served free of charge in our vintage DiningSitting Room, where you can relax and sit by the window or fire and watch a little of Southsea, Portsmouth go by.Information will happily be provided if needed whether it be local attractions, shops, nightlife, fine dining or taxi's. Just remember nothing is too much trouble for our guests!
