On returning to the hotel from a night at the theatre my wife and I went to the bar for a drink, there was four other guests in the bar when we arrived, my wife wanted a cup of coffee because she dosent drink only to be told the the hot drinks machine was out of order.
There was a lot of noise from other guests in ajoining rooms, we were continually awakened by shouting and singing and at 04:15 I telephoned reception and complained.
