Admire the historic priory that sits on top of the cliffs.Whitley Bay with its amusement arcades is 3 miles away and for a day trip why not take the metro into Newcastle for shopping and sight seeing. Alternatively a local taxi firm will take you into Newcastle for just ?11.50 so the apartment will work well as a base for a Newcastle City break.
