Agar House is a short walk from the town's shopping areas, promenade, theatre, restaurants and beaches. WIFI INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE. Friendly and helpful owners offering local knowledge of the area. Family rooms available and children over the age of 4 are welcome. Accredited with a Silver Welsh Food Hygiene Award November 2006 and recommended Rough Guide to Wales. There are no parking restrictions on St David's Road and most of our guests park easily outside the house, even on bank holiday weekends. High standards of decoration and cleanliness throughout. 6 Guest bedrooms all centrally heated and comfortably furnished with hospitality tray, towels and toiletries and Flatscreen Digital LG Television. Other rooms than shown may be available please enquire. Full cooked breakfast ( including toast, teacoffee, orange juice, choice yoghurt cereals fresh fruit etc ) served in dining room overlooking our lovely front garden. WHEN BOOKING PLEASE STATE YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. Minimum stay 2 nights at peak times and bank holidays and Summer months although 1 NIGHT STAY MAY BE AVAILABLE through enquiry (see notes on rooms below ). All our rooms have individual keys allowing for 24 hour access. Check in time is 1.00 pm and check out time is 10.00 am. Arrival after 8.00 pm by arrangement. Credit and Debit cards accepted - small additional charge for processing. Cash or cheque no additional charge. We endeavour to upgrade to best rooms at all times. Sorry we cannot accept pets.
