We booked this via the internet and the price was £55 for the night which we thought was very reasonable. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that the price was wrong and we needed to pay £75 for the night. They were adamant that this was not their fault and it shouldn't have been advertised at this rate but I feel that they should have honoured the internet price. The name gives the impression that you are in an apartment but it is just a less than double room, there was no hot water and when I went to find out why I was told that it had been switched off by mistake but would have hot water if I waited about half an hour! Breakfast was nice but very slow service. Altogether disappointed, mainly about the price change and not honouring what was advertised.
