Overall rating:
I was at the Download festival so the location was not the best. Not the hotel's fault, I just booked too late for the more convenient ones.
Anyhow, staff (Howard and Karen) absolutely great, helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and comfortable. No problem, woould stay again if I had to.
