The Queens Head is an historic 17th Century Coaching Inn, situated in the Troutbeck Valley, just 3 miles from Windermere. Throughout the inn are solid oak beams, stone flag floors and heartwarming log fires by which you can enjoy a deserved drink, ordered from the bar which was once an Elizabethan four-poster bed from a room in Appleby Castle.
