Reliable instructions on how to collect your keys out with Reception hours are always given in advance allowing us to accommodate any arrival time, please note this will be sent by email. It will also give you peace of mind, that there is a dependable point of contact...a person to talk to - in Glasgow whose priority is to assist you and allow you to benefit from their local knowledge - whether you have locked yourself out or just want to send flowers to a loved one at home.
