Upon arrival, the staff were instantly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and offered great value for money. We always like to book into hotels a little better than the rest and this was no exception - but had that extra edge in terms of 'added extras'. There was a Sony iPod docking station, allowing us to enjoy our music whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying the buzz of Glasgow City Centre and enjoying a complimentary drink from the decanted spirits and/or mini bar (in the crystal glasses also provided).
