Situated just 1 mile from Exeter city centre, 20 minutes drive from Dartmoor National Park and the sandy beaches of East and South Devon, the University is the perfect location for a holiday or short break in Devon.Holland Hall is a student hall of residence during term time (it is not a hotel) that is available for bed and breakfast bookings during the University vacations. It has a glass fronted dining room with panoramic views over the Exe Estuary. The rooms have a 4 Campus Graded Accreditation by Visit Britain. All bedrooms are ensuite (wetroom style) and include a shower, toilet and wash basin as well as complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and safe. All bedlinen and towels are also provided.The bedrooms do not have TV's however a communal TV area is available. This area also has WiFi.Several rooms at Holland Hall are on the ground floor. If you have a specific disability request please request this at the time of booking with your requirement so that we can verify if there is a room available to suit.We currently do not have any availability our next letting periods will be as follows Easter Vacation 4th 25th April and Summer Vacation 20th June 19th September 12
