With close proximity to the University, both train stations, car parks and excellent pubs and restaurants, you will be right in the heart of Exeter.All our rooms come with a comfortable bed, a high quality mattress and cozy duvet.Every room has flat screen TV, tea and coffee facility and our very own mini guide to f exeter providing you with the best sites, shops and restaurants to check out.We use fair-trade and where possible free-range and local products. Breakfast is served between 7am and 9 am on weekdays and between 8 am and 10 am on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Continental and freshly cooked breakfast are provided.Very friendly and helpful staff are available to help you with all your needs.Guests can leave their luggage safely with us before and after check in, check out. Late check in and early breakfast also available by prior arrangement. Parking permits available for ?2 for 24 hours.

I stayed here for a night in March 2012 and was impressed by the genuinely friendly welcome I got from the people that run it. I was upgraded from a single to a double at no extra cost so I was in the "Moneypenny" room. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The Town House is just a short walk into the centre of Exeter.
