For reservations made using a debit or switch card, the first night of accommodation will be charged 3 days prior to arrival. Should the room then be cancelled 72 hours or more before arrival, a full refund will be given. For rooms cancelled within 72 hours, the first night accommodation will be charged. Note: 72 hours cancellation - before 12 noon 3 days before the arrival day. SPECIAL: At certain times of the year different payment and cancellation terms are applied. For example, Cheltenham Gold Cup in March and the November Open Race meeting when full payment is taken at the time of booking and no refunds are given.
