Stayed in this hotel on New Years Eve but the water was only luke warm. Phoned reception to be told that there was no problem with the boiler and that the issue was everyone taking a bath at the same time (??!!!!!). Still not hot in the morning - complained on check out to be told that there had in fact been a problem with the boiler tripping out. Had I known this the night before I would probably have gone somewhere else.
