Eva Boothman has owned and run this simple friendly guest house for over 40 years.We are right in the centre of Blackpool only 2mins form The Winter Gardens The Syndicate Superclub. The Grand Theatre e.t.c. All rooms are light and airy with Wasbasin Freeview Tv Complimentry Tea and Coffee. The Shower and Toilet facilities are shared. Breakfast is not included as we are central to all the usual outlets. However is available at ?4 pp upon request payable locally. Pay and Display parking is aprox 200 meters. Also plenty of other municipal car parks are close by. The Rates are per room but ?20 individually. Please note your card is only to secure the reservation and no money is taken of it.
