The grounds present the perfect setting for this festival – visitors are guaranteed a fun, enriching and memorable day out with the chance to sample a wide range of food and drink from 40 producers and a rare opportunity to wander around the gardens and learn about the intriguing history of the house. For the first time, limited access to the house will be granted to members of the public, giving visitors a chance to step back in time and follow in the footsteps of the likes of Henry VIII, Carew Raleigh and several distinguished, high society families. In our Talks and Tasting Hub, visitors will get to meet and talk to talented chefs and sample their food. There will also be plenty of children’s activities to keep them entertained all day.
