Heads & Tales is a popular Edinburgh gin bar located in the basement of The Rutland Hotel on Rutland Place. The bar has an obvious nod to all things juniper served, created, presented and consumed in innovative ways. Heads & Tales is the home of Edinburgh Gin who has installed two stills, 1 column and 1 pot still within the bar, named Flora and Caledonia. This gives guests of the bar a rare opportunity to see gin distilling while they relax over a cocktail or two! Alongside the extensive gin list there are carefully selected beers, spirits and wines on offer as well as an incredible cocktail list which is full of original, unique creations. The lounge bar seats up to 70 people and serves a great selection of bar nibbles including locally sourced smoked fish and cheeses. Heads & Tales is the perfect city centre spot to catch up with friends and relax.
