Rong announces huge line up for Global Trance Gathering

The revered Manchester institution will host the first in a series of live experiences.

Manchester's celebrated institution, Rong has announced a stellar line up for its inaugural Global Trance Gathering on Saturday 7th October at Victoria Warehouse.

Paul Van Dyk has been confirmed to headline. Widely regarded as one of the original trance DJs, as well as one of the most hard working, PvD (as he is known to fans) has received countless accolades for his work, including a Grammy nomination - and remains one of the finest dancefloor commanders on the globe.

The event will also be soundtracked by Rong stalwarts such as John O'Callaghan, Simon Patterson and John Askew. Other huge names include Giuseppe OttavianiMenno De Jong and ReOrder, amongst many others, and alongside this cataclysmic line up clubbers will be able to enjoy a stunning bespoke lighting, laser and pyro FX display from the team at Tomorrowland.

Founded in 2009, Rong quickly established itself as a much-needed solution to the lack of trance in Manchester's nightlife scene, with the team working tirelessly to book the best names for their nights, providing an alternative to larger scale events.
