Lytham Festival announces second set of dates

Lytham Festival will return in 2022 with a bumper lineup over two weekends and a mixture of fine talents and legends.

Date published: 15th Nov 2021

It's fair to say that Lytham Festival is going to be absolutely massive in 2022. Not only are they running their rescheduled festival dates but they've added even more artists to keep the festival going on even longer, with it now running from Tuesday 28th June to Saturday 9th July.

The first headliner on Tuesday 28th June will be the legendary Diana Ross who will have just finished a legends slot at Glastonbury. Prepare for her to run through her classic catalogue with irresistible pop/soul melodies. Wednesday 29th June sees the beloved Lewis Capaldi headlining, with the hilarious Scotsman guaranteed to charm the crowd with his humour.

Thursday 30th June sees the turn of Snow Patrol, who will be playing all the best tracks from their extensive catalogue. If 80's throwbacks are your kind of thing then seeing Duran Duran is a must, a group who have had so much influence on the pop artists that preceded them. They'll be playing on Friday 1st July and the Saturday 2nd July slot belongs to Lionel Ritchie who will definitely charm with his classic love songs.

Friday 8th July sees the second weekend of the festival starting and you can see one of New York's finest exports The Strokes who will be playing tracks from their latest album and maybe some new tracks will even be on the horizon. Finally, Tears For fears will be closing out a stunning festival with a headline slot that will showcase tracks such as Everybody Wants To Rule The World and Shout.

Lytham Festival 2022 will be absolutely massive and each headlining act will be joined by other artists who have the potential to be headlining themselves one day. You can find tickets for Lytham Festival part 1 here and part 2 here.
