What is Re:Sell?

Buying tickets through unofficial platforms, such as auction sites or secondary market sites can be very risky. You leave yourself open to the risk of either not receiving the money from the buyer, or if you are buying, being given fraudulent tickets. Touting can be a serious issue for events and leads to huge losses - ultimately leading to prices being increased for future events to cover losses.

Many customers will use unofficial channels and will then be left out of pocket or unable to gain entry to the event because their tickets aren't valid - a big disappointment if you're turned away at the door.

Our resale platform solves these issues. Because Skiddle are the official ticket agent, we can verify that tickets being returned and resold are genuine. Therefore there is no risk of buying a fraudulent ticket. We also only allow resale at face value to prevent ticket touting for profit. You can also rest assured that refunds will be processed in an official, timely manner.

GemFest FAQs

What began just three years ago as a 21st birthday party for 300 friends has grown into a full-scale, 5,000-capacity festival - still built and run by the same group of friends who care deeply about music, connection and community.

GemFest is an independent grassroots music festival, created by PullUp Recordings - Wales’ largest dance music label - and celebrates the full spectrum of underground music: house, UKG, jungle, drum & bass, techno and beyond. Every detail is crafted by a small, passionate team who truly live and breathe the festival.

GemFest takes place Thursday 11th - Sunday 14th June 2026.

When do the gates open?

Thursday: Gates open at 2pm. You may arrive and queue from 12pm.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Gates open at 12pm.

Gate closing times:

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: Gates close at 8pm

Sunday: Gates close at 5pm

GemFest 2025 will take place at Charlton Park Estate, Malmesbury, SN16 9LL.

Set in the stunning grounds of Charlton Park Estate, just outside the market town of Malmesbury - with its rolling fields, lime tree avenues, and a historic mansion built in 1607 — GemFest blends music, history and nature to create a truly unique experience in the fields.

Full travel and routing information will be sent out closer to the event date - please follow it carefully to ensure smooth entry.

Ignoring symptoms can make things worse, so don't hesitate to reach out - no issue is too small. Get help early to prevent more serious problems and will ensure that you and those around you can continue to enjoy the festival safely.

Ask for Angela

Yes - Ask for Angela will be in operation at GemFest.

If you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or need discreet assistance, approach any staff member or bar team and “Ask for Angela.” They will immediately help you and ensure you’re taken to a safe space or connected with the appropriate support team.

Refill regularly to stay safe and comfortable across the weekend.

Any attendee who refuses a search will be denied entry without refund.

If an attendee is found in possession of prohibited substances at the gate, they will be taken to a designated private area beside the main entrance for an enhanced search
