NYE was a great night - Slightly overhyped

As mentioned above, there were no Ice Performers, Ice Luges, Ice Décor... We moved around the whole venue, visiting each room and didn't see any of this, nor were we welcomed into BedClub with a Champagne Reception.
To be honest none of this really bothered me, The venue was busy, the music was great, the bars were well staffed and we were served quickly all night. It was a mixed crowd, different ages and ethnic groups, everyone was having a really good time. The atmosphere in the BedClub at the top was slightly charged, the crowd up there were mainly males, of one specific ethnic group. One fight broke out on one of the tables, the atmosphere wasn't great after that so we left but the rest of the club was fine, everyone having a good time. One more thing I noticed is that despite a lengthy queue time for BedClub there were no checks for the men, to see if they had drugs/weapons, when we left the venue just before closure the police were outside and someone had been attacked inside with knuckle dusters.....

waste of time

I cant comment on the event after paying 90 pound for vip tickets for one of my mates to be refused entry after making sure we were sober to prevent this happening. when I asked for a refund we were refused by the bouncer and to contact skiddle. I want a full refund and wont be booking tickets in advance again.

Champagne?????? Where????- I didn' get anything.... Ice decor...? - Few things hanging down... 330 ml Becks cost me 5£... Not worth the price party. 16£ per person.

Absolutely amazing!

The venue was perfect, the turnout was huge and the music was amazing, not much more to be said!

Calvin Harris @ Gatecrasher 30/4/11

Although i've seen Calvin Harris in concert it was the first time i'd seen him do a DJ set.The set was seamless and gave a euphoric buzz to the whole place. The warm up DJ was equally as good, getting the crowd going for Calvin. I go regularly to Gatecrasher, but the prices this time seemed to be inflated because there was a more famous DJ on. The general atmosphere was good as usual and enjoyable til the end.

I onlypaid about tree fiddy for my ticket. I gave him a dollar on the night. total spent, 4 dolla fiddy - calvin turning up really late, priceless. x

Very disappointing

Not happy he turned up so late, by which time me and my friends had left. Typical high prices at Gatecrasher meant I didn't bother to buy any drinks but the music was generally good. Let's hope Trevor Nelson turns up on time tonight, eh?

Shame he came on 2 hours late, was a little too long to wait for but once he was on it was all good! x

The only disappointing thing was that Gatecrasher advertised £1.50 shots on Saturdays before midnight but then charged £3.20 each!!!!

Gatecrasher Resurrected

This was my second time at Gatecrasher Ultra, my first being the White Party and i have to say once again it didnt dissapoint!
The atmosphere wasnt as friendly as when i was at the White Party, i had a few pushy men giving me and my mates a bit of hassle but all in all still a fantastic night! The music was banging from the off as always and Sean Tyas blew the roof off!!
I'll defo be back for the next big trance event :oD

Gatecrasher White Party

Oh what a night!!

I have been wanting to go to the White Party for a few years now and finally i got to attend - i was far from disappointed!

The whole place was jumping from the off! Every DJ was awesome there were no dissapointments! Getting a kiss and a photo of me and Sean Tyas was the highlight of my night. I love him :o)

And hats off to Marco V who finished off the night in his usual banging style! He played over his set time too he was so into it! The staff were trying to get him off for about 20 minutes!

Cant wait to head back to ULTRA for Bank Holiday to see Sean Tyas again :oD xx
