Bookbinders opened its' doors in 1989 with one mission - to give the visitors to city centre Manchester the best and safest party night out. Bookies holds 250 people, offers live music, DJs and a friendly atmosphere mainly to the over thirties. It is a safe relaxed and friendly environment to party with friends and meet new ones too! In January 2007 the club under went a refit and this year it has extensive plans to increase it's profile and offer better party nights then ever before. Most nights Stuart, the club owner can be found sitting at the end of the bar making sure that the safe and friendly atmosphere is maintained.
