Funkademia is Manchester's most successful and longest running soul -funktion.

The night takes place every Saturday to consistently full houses feeding a friendly crowd with a diet of pure unadulterated soul-funk.

We bill our night as a 'chronological history of soul' with our exclusive dj collective taking you on a journey through four decades of the very best soul, funk, rare groove, rap & hiphop with a touch of smooth r&b.

Funkademia takes place every Saturday night in Manchesters coolest nightclub 1 Central Street.

One Central Street is located right in the heart of the Manchester City Centre close to the Town Hall. A sexy clubroom with loads of atmosphere - perfect for our soulful soires.

Funkademia kicks off at 10pm and runs through until 3.00am.
