London Christmas Markets

As well as all the usual markets that London is well known for, Christmas time sees the capital come alive with European Christmas markets selling a wide range of festive gifts for everyone. And of course the markets are teeming with hot food and drink stalls, with traditional alpine chalets selling everything from bratwurst to goulash and crepes, and festive drinks including hot mulled wines, liquor coffees and German beers.

London's vast Christmas markets set up stall on the South Bank from November 18th - December 24th, with traditional wooden chalets selling a vast range of European Christmas gifts, as well as the all important mulled wine and bratwurst. 

You'll also find a huge festive market at Hyde Park from November 18th to January 3rd , whose Winter Wonderland features the biggest outdoor ice rink in the UK, a huge Christmas market, a big wheel and two circuses.
