This well loved charity event returns to Rotherham Golf Club, Thrybergh. A thrilling day with morning refreshments, a fantastic round of golf and a very warm welcome at the Halfway House.
The golf day is taking place on 25th July and is one of the charity’s longest running events.
It was first setup in 2003 by a local community group and has grown and grown to what it is today with supporters returning every year to enjoy not only a fantastic round of golf but a scrumptious lunch at the halfway house followed by an awards dinner and auction.
SAFE@LAST Fundraising Officer Barbara Raszyk said “The SAFE@LAST Golf Day is renowned for providing a very warm welcome, friendly competition and banter as well as superb value for money. It is now in its 10th year and still attracts many loyal supporters who rate it as their favourite Charity Golf Day and return time after time.’
SAFE@LAST Chair of Trustees and avid golfer Dan Dean said “Our golf day provides a terrific backdrop to entertain clients or spend time with friends in a spectacular setting. Teams come back year after year to sample the unique atmosphere and the delights of the Rotherham golf club.”
