About

The Woodthorpe is situated on Bury Old Road in Prestwich, based next to the famous Heaton Park. It was originally built for Sir Edward Holt as his family home and was later converted to pub/hotel in the 1950's. The pub has been refurbished as of late 2018 to return the house to a state of modern comfort and highly welcoming feel. The family friendly pub boasts two bars, restaurant area with a great food selection and an impressive function suite for both private functions and additional dining covers. Outside you'll find a superb outdoor heated and covered terrace with beer garden for outdoor dining and socialising.
