Cattlegrid Presents: Book Club Into Late Night Creative Social

We are a collective of artists looking to create a space for literature which is less frequently discussed in open spaces. We chose Michelle Tea's Valencia as it is both era-defining and revealing in a way which a lot of literature shies away from. We want to create a community of people and creatives to grow a series of events with sessions followed by music and drinks so people can discuss either the book or just make new friends in a comfortable space. The book club itself will start at 7:30, running for approximately 1 hour with plenty of time after to drink, chat and dance.
