Off The Page || Creatures Comedy Club

Off the Page is a new-material comedy show where comedians from across the UK bring jokes that are brand new, freshly written, and still warm from the notebook.

This isn't a polished showcase or a greatest-hits night. Off the Page is about ideas in motion - new jokes, fresh takes, and bits that haven't fully found their final form yet. Comics use the show to experiment, rewrite, and see what happens when a joke leaves the page and meets a live audience for the first time.

You'll hear comedy inspired by anything and everything: everyday observations, half-formed thoughts, personal stories, cultural moments, and ideas that might still be figuring out what they are. Some jokes land instantly. Some evolve on stage. Some surprise everyone in the room - including the comedian.

The focus is smart, playful, and curious comedy. Not shock for shock's sake. Not polished perfection. Just comedians thinking out loud, testing angles, and discovering what works in real time.

For audiences, it's a chance to see comedy being made - jokes in their raw, early form that might one day become part of tours, specials, or viral clips. For comedians, it's a space to take creative risks, sharpen instincts, and write without overthinking it.
