Review of For the Love of Vampire Diaries UK

Very disappointing day out. It was expensive (one of our party was charged £35 for an autograph!!) and not what we were expecting. I thought the write up on the For the Love of the Vampire Diaries website was misleading and it was simply a money making venture. Lots of queuing, very crowded and not much atmosphere. The venue was a bit shabby. The food and drink was very overpriced.

I am 100% not happy if u can put a complaint in I would do so my daughter who is seriously poorly and all she has ever wanted was to see the vampires diary cast but because there was no info on your site I was unable to upgrade our tick*ts so my poor daughter did not get to see both Paul and Ian she was that upset she wanted me to bring her home so we was there less that a hour will defo not book with this site again has I couldn't even access my tick*ts untill the night before so so disappointed but the illness that my daughter has could take her away from me at any given time without warning so to not be able to make her dream come true is heart breaking

Long queues, no chance of seeing Ian Somerhalder or Paul Wesley unless you paid extortionate prices for a photograph or autograph and these were the main reasons for many peoples visit, I spoke to a few others who were extremely disappointed with this as well.  Just a suggestion for next time maybe as they could have waved to the crowd several times during the day from the balcony by the executive suites as they should have had a few minutes to spare and it would have make everyone happy rather than leaving the venue disheartened.   Security staff were constantly telling everyone not to photograph other actors/guests but everyone still took pictures as otherwise the event would have been pointless.  Not everyone is fortunate enough to afford all the actors pictures etc.  It put me off attending anything like this again - sorry.

Panel timings not released until the day meaning hard to plan your day. Final panel with Salvatore brothers extremely late meaning we missed it as had to leave due to travel commitments

Please have more seating next time, it created awful tension and arguments over the limited amount there was available. Also when it's the fan questions for stefan & Damon it was ridiculous all the people pushing & shoving to get to them so maybe do some sort of ballot box with the persons name on or even get people to stick hands up and then they get chosen to come up, it felt abit disorganised in those aspects! But the rest was great!!
