Specialists in all forms of Dance & Fitness since 1977, we provide tuition & support to a Social, Medallist, Competitive and Professional Level, in the form of Classes, Private Lessons, Social Events, Practice Sessions and Coaching & Mentoring!! A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, Social Dancers can come along as complete beginners, and develop into accomplished dancers that can attend social dancing events and evenings with confidence & style!! For those wishing to take their dancing further, we offer Medallist training, to complete Medal & Grade Examinations, or taking that step further again, moving onto competitions on the Open Circuit, training at every level from Beginners to Championship Dancers!! We regularly hold Social Dancing Events, with a weekly Ballroom & Latin American Saturday Social Evening, Mid-Week Socials on a Wednesday evening, as well as One-Off Events, such as Dinner Dances, Christmas/Valentines Dance Nights, Demonstration Evenings, Workshops and Party Nights!! Dancing can be a great way of gaining greater fitness levels, making a great set of new friends, and developing new skills that will last you a lifetime!!
