Kicking off Wednesday 7th January, Bruk Out Soca Fit is an inclusive high- energy, cardio-focused dance class powered by the vibrant, fast paced rhythms of Caribbean Soca music.

Expect fluid body movements like hip-shaking, waistline drills and energetic stepping to create a fun, calorie-burning, full-body workout 💃🔥

This class is designed to transport you straight to carnival whilst burning calories 🌴✨

Open to all genders and all levels, no previous dance experience is needed - just bring energy and vibes!
